Give me a PB & J and I am one happy camper.

Dreaming is easy, committing to follow your dreams is the hard part.
Lyrics learned years ago are stored away in your brain until you happen to hear on old favorite, and somehow can belt out every word without missing a beat.

I tend to get extremely behind with my personal email, thanks to the huge volume at work – sry if I owe you an email J

Exercise gives me more energy than a cup of coffee, a bite of a sweet something, or even a good nap could provide.

Nicholas Kristof's Half the Sky makes my heart hurt for the sickening violation of basic human rights in many places in the developing world. He is quite amazing - you can read his New York Times column here.

Winter in NY is way toooo long. So so cold at the moment.

Airplane tickets get more expensive by the minute - book early or else!

Running outside > running on a treadmill.

Better mornings make for better days.
